How do I know a part fits my truck?

Every listing shows the truck make, model years, side (left/right) and OEM cross-reference numbers. Match any of your OEM numbers to the listing, or send us your number and we will confirm fitment.

Do you ship the same day?

Orders placed before 12PM Central on business days ship the same day from our US warehouse. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on your state.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unused parts in original packaging. Wrong part shipped by us? We cover the return label and ship the correct one first.

Do you offer fleet or shop pricing?

Yes. Business accounts get tiered pricing, saved reorders and a dedicated line. Open a business account to see your pricing and order online.

Are these OEM or aftermarket parts?

We sell quality aftermarket parts cross-referenced to OEM numbers, plus select OEM-grade lines. Brand and grade are shown on every listing.

Can I order by part number?

Yes — type any part number or OEM cross reference into the search bar. If it is not listed, send it to us and we will source it.

This Privacy Policy explains how FLEETPRO PARTS & TIRES INC ("FleetPro", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit fleetpro.trade, request or use a business account, place orders — online, by phone, by email or at our parts counter — or otherwise contact us. Our services are provided to businesses; "you" includes the business and its authorized users.

1. Information you provide

Account information — company name, contact name and role, business email and phone, shipping and billing addresses, and any details you submit when requesting an account.
Order information — quotes, order history, purchased products, delivery details and invoicing records.
Communications — messages sent through the contact form (name, phone, email, company, subject, message) or by email and phone.

2. Information collected automatically

When you use the site we receive standard technical data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page and session identifiers — collected through cookies and the analytics services described below.

3. Payment information

Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to the payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our systems. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy. For checks, Zelle and cash we keep only normal transaction records.

4. How we use information

Processing quotes, orders, deliveries, pickups, returns and warranty claims;
opening and managing business accounts, including tiered fleet pricing;
service messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, RMA instructions;
answering inquiries and providing support;
sending occasional marketing emails about products and offers (you can opt out at any time);
improving the site and catalog using aggregated analytics;
security and fraud prevention;
meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting record-keeping.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies for sign-in, cart and core functions. For usage statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which may set cookies and similar identifiers, and Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that collects aggregate statistics without cookies. The map embedded on our Contact page is served by Google Maps and may set Google cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings (blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and checkout) and can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

6. How we share information

Carriers and delivery — name, delivery address and phone, as needed to deliver your order;
Payment processors — Stripe, to process card and ACH payments;
Platform and hosting — the site runs on Odoo Online (Odoo S.A.), which stores site and account data on our behalf;
Analytics — Google and Plausible, as described above;
Legal — professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect our rights;
Business transfers — a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention

We keep account and order information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Transaction and invoicing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

The site is served over TLS encryption, access to account data is restricted, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. No system is completely secure — keep your account credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Your choices and rights

Email sales@fleetpropt.com to access, correct, update or delete your information (deletion is subject to legal retention requirements). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, or you can opt out by emailing us. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional privacy rights; we honor valid requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Business use and minors

fleetpro.trade is directed to businesses. It is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Where data is processed

We are located in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date; for material changes we may also notify account holders by email.
