How do I know a part fits my truck?

Every listing shows the truck make, model years, side (left/right) and OEM cross-reference numbers. Match any of your OEM numbers to the listing, or send us your number and we will confirm fitment.

Do you ship the same day?

Orders placed before 12PM Central on business days ship the same day from our US warehouse. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on your state.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unused parts in original packaging. Wrong part shipped by us? We cover the return label and ship the correct one first.

Do you offer fleet or shop pricing?

Yes. Business accounts get tiered pricing, saved reorders and a dedicated line. Open a business account to see your pricing and order online.

Are these OEM or aftermarket parts?

We sell quality aftermarket parts cross-referenced to OEM numbers, plus select OEM-grade lines. Brand and grade are shown on every listing.

Can I order by part number?

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of fleetpro.trade and every quote, order and sale of semi-truck parts, tires and related products made through this website, by phone, by email or at our parts counter. By using the site, requesting a business account or placing an order, you accept these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

1. Who we are

2. Business-to-business sales

fleetpro.trade is a wholesale store for trucking companies, owner-operators, repair shops and parts resellers. By ordering, you represent that you are buying for business purposes — not as a consumer — and that you are authorized to act for the business named on the account. Retail customers are served by our retail store, fleetpropt.com.

3. Business accounts

Catalog access, pricing and online ordering are provided to registered business customers. Accounts are opened on request (see Request a Business Account) and are subject to our approval. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tiered fleet pricing applies per your account agreement and may be adjusted as your purchase volume changes. We may suspend or close accounts used in violation of these Terms.

4. Product information, fitment and OEM references

Product descriptions, specifications, images and stock indications come from manufacturers and our own data. They are provided in good faith but may contain errors, and we may correct them at any time. OEM part numbers, cross-references and truck make/model references (including the Order Pad and OEM Cross-Reference tools) are identification and compatibility aids only — they are not a guarantee that a part fits a specific vehicle.

You are solely responsible for verifying fitment — by VIN, OEM part number and vehicle generation — before ordering and before installation. Parts are intended for professional installation.

Manufacturer names, marks and part numbers (Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, PACCAR, Cummins, Detroit and others) are used for identification purposes only. Unless expressly listed as genuine OEM, products are aftermarket parts. FleetPro is not an authorized dealer for, or affiliated with, these manufacturers unless expressly stated.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders keep their confirmed price. Where a price or catalog error is obvious, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Sales tax is collected where we are required to collect it, including Illinois sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before invoicing; you remain responsible for any use tax due in your jurisdiction.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it by order confirmation or shipment, and we may decline or cancel orders — for example for availability, credit, pricing errors or suspected fraud — refunding any amount paid for canceled items. We accept major cards and ACH (processed by Stripe), Zelle, checks and cash, including payment on delivery or at pickup for approved orders. Orders ship after payment clears unless your account has approved credit terms; balances on credit terms are payable as set out in your account agreement, and overdue balances may result in suspension of terms and of the account.

7. Shipping and delivery

In-stock orders placed before 12PM Central on business days ship the same day. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the goods to the carrier, or when goods are handed over at our counter or on local delivery. Inspect every shipment on arrival: note visible damage with the driver where possible and report transit damage or shortages to sales@fleetpropt.com within 5 business days of delivery. 8. Local delivery and will-call pickup

Local delivery is available within our service area as described on Shipping & Returns. Pickup orders placed before the same-day cutoff are packed and ready at our parts counter the same business day — bring your order number. If a pickup order is not collected, we will contact you; orders not collected within 30 days may be canceled and refunded.

9. Returns

Unused parts in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Email sales@fleetpropt.com with your order number first — we will issue an RMA and instructions; returns without an RMA may be refused. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at your cost, unless we shipped a wrong or defective part — then we cover the return label and ship the correct part first. 10. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties pass through to the buyer and are handled per each brand's warranty terms. Selected tire lines carry a 25,000-mile / 6-month warranty, whichever comes first (conditions apply). Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement or refund of the part itself; labor, diagnostics, towing and downtime are not covered. Warranties are void where failure results from misuse, improper installation, modification or abnormal operating conditions.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; AND (b) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST LOADS OR CONTRACTS, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, TOWING, STORAGE OR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Any claim arising out of a sale under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it accrues. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify FleetPro against third-party claims arising out of your misuse of products, improper installation, modification, resale, or breach of these Terms.

13. Website content and intellectual property

The site and its content — text, catalog data, cross-reference datasets, images and logos — belong to FleetPro or its licensors. You may browse the site and use its tools to research and place orders; you may not scrape, bulk-extract or resell catalog or cross-reference data, or interfere with the site's operation. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, weather, labor actions, utility or network failures, and acts of government.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and every sale under them are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to venue there. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved with one email or call.

16. General

These Terms, your account agreement and the applicable order confirmation are the entire agreement for each sale; if they conflict, a signed account agreement prevails. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date; each order is governed by the version in effect when the order is placed.
