Continental Elite (Accu-Drive) grooved idler pulley for the Cummins ISX, ISX15 and X15 accessory belt drive. The pulley guides and tensions the serpentine belt around the front of the engine. A worn bearing shows up as a squeal or growl from the front cover, belt wobble, or premature belt edge wear. Built to OE form, fit, and function as a direct replacement.
