Hood Release Cable, Specifications & Fitment

This is the hood release cable assembly for Volvo trucks, the inner cable that runs from the cab release handle to the hood latch so the hood can be tilted for service. A stretched, frayed, or seized cable shows up as a hood that will not unlatch, a handle that pulls with no result, or a cable that binds and sticks.
