Passenger Airbag Disarm Switch, Specifications & Fitment

This is a genuine OEM Freightliner passenger-side (right-hand) airbag disarm switch, the steering wheel pod assembly type. It lets the driver manually deactivate the front passenger airbag, which is required when a child or a rear-facing child safety seat occupies the front passenger position so the airbag cannot deploy and cause injury. Replace it when the switch is broken, the airbag warning lamp will not clear, or the passenger airbag cannot be turned on or off as intended.
